Hormoz Shariat with International Antioch Ministries
IAM is an Evangelical Christian non-profit organization comprised of former Muslims dedicated to winning Muslims to Christ. IAM’s mission is to win Muslims to Christ by revealing the true nature of God (IAM) to Muslim hearts so that they may experience the joy, peace, salvation and unconditional love of God. Pastor Hormoz Shariat began this ministry in 1987 through Bible studies in his home, and has grown to five churches in San Jose, Fremont, Sacramento, Fresno and Los Angeles, with over 400 converts from Islam. There is also a growing number of house churches in a closed country. This ministry also includes a TV ministry and training institute overseas. Raed and Manar Awabdeh with Arab American Learning Center in Sacramento, CA

Raed and Manar are Arab believers who are expanding God's Kingdom among Arabic and Muslim communities. Pastor Raed is the pastor of the Arabic Church of Sacramento, and their church has created a tool to reach local Arab and Muslim people. There are over 110,000 Arabs settled in Sacramento, with several schools and Mosques; a new Mosque is near completion in Folsom.
The Arab American Learning Center is located on Fulton Avenue, in the heart of many Arab businesses. It is a place where many Arab and Muslim people congregate, both Christian and non-Christian. A Muslim may never come to a Church, but would feel comfortable in a place such as this. Many Muslims come to know Jesus in a country other than their homeland. ESL, computer classes and other ministries are available there. Currently, many Iraqi people have sought refuge in Sacramento, and the Arabic Church of Sacramento has assisted them. Come see this ministry in action at 1433 Fulton Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825. We have partnered with the Awabdeh’s since August 2006. Pastor Raed may be reached at rawabdeh@msn.com
