Abraham is an evangelist, teacher and church planter, serving in the four most southern states of India. Abraham and his wife have committed their entire lives to loving Hindu Indians for Christ. Churches have been established in over 72 places with over 9,500 converts to Christ. 82 full time ministers work with Abraham. Their ministry is active in providing the distribution of rice, care for children, Bibles, and medical care for the poor. They also have a Bible school dedicated to training ministers. Ajai and Indu with Central India Christian Mission
CICM is a ministry that focuses on serving Christ in the heart of India. In ways big and small, CICM is changing the lives of thousands of people and introducing the Gospel which can change all India. Ajai and Indu started CICM in December 1982 with a dream to obey Jesus’ Great Commission by establishing a mission center in their homeland. India is the second largest country in the world in terms of population with 1.2 billion people. Over 80% are Hindus and about 12% are Muslim. Other religions practiced in India include Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism. Less than three percent of the population is Christian!
